This is to notify that at the annual general meeting of shareholders of Sat & Company JSC on August 24, 2018, the resolution has been accepted in regards to introduction of amendments and additions to the Charter in connection with the amendment in the name, location and web-site.

SAT & Company Joint Stock Company has been renamed into Fincraft Resourses JSC (hereinafter - Company)

These amendments in the name of legal entity have been registered in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Department of Justice of Medeu district that is confirmed by the reference of state re-registration of a legal entity dated September 26, 2018. 

The Charter of the Company is approved on August 24, 2018 and registered in a new version.

In the Charter of the Company:

- the name of Company is changed as follows

• In the state language – full name - «Fincraft Resources» Акционерлік қоғамы, abbreviated name - «Fincraft Resources» АҚ.
  
• In Russian language – full name - Акционерное общество «Fincraft Resources», abbreviated name - АО «Fincraft Resources».
  
• In English: Fincraft Resources Joint stock company, abbreviated name - Fincraft Resources JSC
  

- location is changed to : 242 Nursultan Nazarbayev Avenue, Medeu district6 Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, 050059

- web-site of the Company is changed to  – www.fincraftresources.kz. 

Seal, stamps and letterhead have been changed in connection with the amendment in the name of the Company. Other requisites including bank details and BIN of the Company remain unchanged.
