Hereby JSC Fincraft Resources (hereinafter referred to as Company), having an address at 77/2 Al-Farabi Ave., office 16, Almaty city, BIN 060 840 005 025, IIC KZ2285 60000004149742 (KZT) in JSC CenterCredit Bank, BIC KCJBKZKX informs of preference dividends accounts payable. 

The payment shall be carried out for the period from July, 2019 till July, 2020 based on the security holders register NIN KZ1P54620110 dated 14/07/2020. 
In accordance with Paragraph 4 to article 6 of the Articles of Association, the distribution of dividends shall be carried out once a year on or before July 31 annually. 
Dividend amount per share of one preferred stock shall be 1 tenge (KZT). The scheduled date of payment commencement is July 15, 2020 by wire transfer to current accounts of the security holders.
