“Fincraft Resources” JSC hereby notifies on alteration of membership of the Executive Board:

As per resolution of the Board of Directors of “Fincraft Resources” JSC dated May 14, 2020, following decisions were approved:

1. Early termination of powers of Mr. Idrisov Yerlan Sapargalievich, Chief Executive Officer of “Fincraft Resources” JSC effectively May 14, 2020.

2. Elect Mr. Mukazhanov Bektas Amangeldinovich as Chief Executive Officer of “Fincraft Resources” JSC effectively May 15, 2020.

The term of office for Mr. Mukazhanov Bektas Amangeldinovich, Chief Executive Officer of “Fincraft Resources” JSC shall expire simultaneously with the term of office of remaining members of the Executive Board elected by the decision of the Board of Directors dated December 25, 2018.

The remuneration to Mr. Mukazhanov Bektas Amangeldinovich, Chief Executive Officer of “Fincraft Resources” JSC shall be paid on a monthly basis throughout term of office and pro rata his position pay as established by payroll list of “Fincraft Resources” JSC. Bonuses shall be paid in accordance with relevant internal regulations on labor remuneration and bonuses for employees of “Fincraft Resources” JSC.
