The payment is made for the period from July 2018 to July 2019 on the basis of the register of security holders with NIN (national identification number) KZ1P54620110 dated July 30, 2019.

According to paragraph 4 of article 6 of the Charter of the Company, the dividends are paid once a year, not later than July 31 of each year.

The amount of dividends per one preferred share will be 1 tenge.

The intended payment date is July 31, 2019 by transfer to the current accounts of the security holders.
