About company

The company was established on October 18, 2001 in the form of a limited liability partnership and on August 15, 2006 it was re-registered as a joint-stock company in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On September 26, 2018, SAT & Company JSC underwent a procedure of state re-registration in the judicial authorities in connection with the change of name to “Fincraft Resources” JSC. Subsidiaries of the Company produce ferrosilicon manganese, explore for nickel ores and design a plant for their processing.

Our priorities

The Company aims to join the top 30 largest industrial holdings of the CIS in terms of market capitalization. Fincraft Resources JSC solves the following tasks to achieve this target.

Concentrating the Group’s activities
in the most promising industries: energy, metallurgy, engineer and mining.
Launching new plants
and reaching production capacity.
Supporting liquidity of the Group’s assets
and increasing capitalization by approaching foreign capital markets and selling minority share interest.

Change of Company Name
On September 26, 2018, SAT & Company JSC underwent a procedure of state re-registration in the judicial authorities in connection with the change of name to Fincraft Resources JSC.
Moving to a new office
In August, the Company moved to a new office. New working space of our company meets the highest requirements for a modern office. The complete infrastructure necessary for the effective implementation of the Company's business processes has been created.
