The following was resolved by the decision of the Board of Directors of “Fincraft Resources” JSC dated January 15, 2019:

1.  To early terminate the authorities of Chief Executive Officer of the Company Quanbay Alken Daneluly starting from January 14, 2019.

2.  To approve the new composition of the Management Board consisting of 5 members.

3.  To elect Idrisov Yerlan Sapargaliyevich as Chief Executive Officer of the Company starting from January 15, 2019.

4.  To elect Oryngaliyev Bauyrzhan Amankosovich as Deputy Chief Executive Officer to the composition of the Board starting from January 15, 2019.

5.  The term of office of Idrisov Yerlan Sapargaliyevich, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Oryngaliyev Bauyrzhan Amankosovich, Deputy Chief Executive Officer expires simultaneously with the term of office of the other Board members elected by the Decision of Board of Directors on December 25, 2018.

6.  Remuneration to Idrisov Yerlan Sapargaliyevich, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Oryngaliyev Bauyrzhan Amankosovich, Deputy Chief Executive Officer shall be made monthly during the current term of office in the amount of the salary set by the staffing list of the Company. Bonuses will be paid in accordance with the relevant internal regulations on theprocedure for remuneration and bonuses.
