For the first time in the country’s history “IRONMAN ASTANA 70.3.” world triathlon competition was held in the capital on June 17, 2018.

Kazakhstan was given a special trust among all CIS countries to hold triathlon under “IRONMAN” world brand!

Everybody duly appreciated the quality of the track, the climatic conditions and the sporting spirit itself as well as the holiday participants’ state of mind.

One of the major teams of triathletes at this marathon was the “Fidelity” triathlon school. The member of this club is Ablimit Abdurashitovich Rakhmatulaev, our First Deputy Chief Executive Officer. No doubt, he could not miss such a global start and went to Astana along with the friendly team of his club; and it is symbolic that he was the very first in the Republic of Kazakhstan who registered to participate in this event.

Having taken part in competitions, he successfully finished, which was the natural result of his training for 8 months.

Thanks to a strong will and sports discipline, he and the team were able to pass worthily every meter of the race!
