Fincraft Resources JSC invests into the best corporate training practices for own employees

The personnel of Fincraft Resources JSC and Battery Metals Technologies have passed training arranged as per project management standards of PMI – Project Management Institute (USA). As a part of corporate culture development strategy, Fincraft Resources JSС invests into own employees by means of training and applying the state-of-the-art solutions in management, production methods and technique aimed to cultivate a value of becoming result-oriented company.

In the course of thirty-five hours training, the employees have been given with new knowledge and skills in the management of project scope, life, cost, quality, risks, integration, manpower, procurement, communications and stakeholders.

The classes have been provided at company’s premises and arranged by the Union of Project Managers of the Republic of Kazakhstan engaged in the delivery of training of project managers since Year 2003. (promoting practices and methods of project management in Kazakhstan based on the standards of Project Management Institute – PMI). The objective of training is a buildup of clear and precise project management model on the basis of modern international standards of PMI PMBOK Guide (Project Management Guidebook) ready to be applied in real life environment.

“We believe that acquired knowledge and skills will increase corporate culture in our company and we witness how the  employees set personal objectives for passing the exams under PMI standards being ready to become certified project managers.

In the long run, we are planning to expand project management training program and introduce such training in our subsidiaries”, stated Bektas Mukazhanov, Chief Executive Officer of Fincraft Resources JSC.
